Her expertise and professionalism trickles down through the hygienists who perform cleanings and the front desk staff who are always so helpful when it comes to setting up your next appointment. This place makes me LOVE coming to the dentist.

Absolutely amazing staff and dental care! Receptionists are top tier, welcoming, warm and accommodating. Dental hygienists are patient , understanding, helpful and thorough. Dr. Jones Bailey and Dr. Clyde are phenomenal. They both take time and care with every visit. The procedures, any treatments or recommendations are explained in detail and with an abundance of knowledge making sure that my dental health is always at the forefront. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jones for almost 10 years, and I truly cannot recommend her enough! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by a front office team that is always pleasant, patient, and welcoming. They make every visit a positive experience. Dr. Jones is exceptional. She takes her time with her patients, never makes you feel rushed, and genuinely cares about providing the best care possible. She explains everything thoroughly and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such professionalism with such a warm and caring personality. Over the years, Dr. Jones has taken care of everything from my routine cleanings and fillings to my aligners/retainers, and the quality of her work has always been outstanding. The hygienists are amazing as well by being friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. What I love most is that the entire office feels like family. I had a wonderful experience at Trinity Dental. I arrived thinking I was scheduled for fillings, only to learn that my appointment was actually for a routine cleaning. With my work schedule, setting up an additional appointment would have likely meant rebooking several weeks out. Despite the scheduling misunderstanding, the owner of the practice (Dr. Jones Bailey) went above and beyond to accommodate me. She took the time to ensure that I was able to have both my fillings completed, and my cleaning done during the same visit. I truly appreciated the pratice's flexibility, kindness, and commitment to patient care. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. It's clear that this practice genuinely values its patients and provides exceptional service. I highly recommend them!

It is rare to find a 25-year relationship with a healthcare provider, but Dr. Nikki Jones Bailey and her team at Trinity Cosmetic & General Dentistry are worth it. I started seeing her at age 5 and, now at 30, I still trust her above all others. I was one of her first patients, and despite moving all over the Charlotte and Fort Mill areas, I stay loyal to this practice because the quality of care is world-class. Dr. Jones and her staff strike the perfect balance between clinical excellence and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Most importantly, they have incredible integrity. They never push you to try anything you’re not comfortable with just to put extra money in their pocket—no fake cavities or unnecessary treatments. Every time they’ve pointed something out, I already knew it was true because I’d noticed it myself prior to the visit. No surprises here, just honest care.
